Working Experienced:
-Zin Lu graduated with Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) (honours) in 2020 from RMIT University. And qualified Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (SDBIM) in 2016 from BCA Academy. 
-He had more than 7 years working experiences in BIM Platform and currently working as a Senior BIM Coordinator, responsible and manage the BIM process in the tender and construction stages in a large scale Mixed Development Projects.
-Furthermore, he worked part-time Autodesk Authorized Trainer in Singapore with more than 3 years experiences in  Revit Architecture and Structure Online Courses.
-Previous working as an Architectural BIM Modeller in Woh Hup for preparing and submission construction drawings and coordination with other disciplines.  
-Also he participated in the 24 hours skilled Builder & BIM Competition at Singapore Construction Productivity Week 2013(SCPW) with working on the architectural model of Singapore Expo and car park design plan.
